Australians buy Israel’s Golden Pages

Babcock & Brown, an Australian private equity firm has purchased Israel’s Golden Pages for US$213 million, almost twice of what it was worth three years ago.
Golden Pages Israel has mobile search, an online comparison shopping engine, a restaurants vertical, classifieds and business information and a portfolio that includes IYP.
