		<description>@Ethan - the study doesn&#039;t seem to differentiate between the types of workers. Also, the study indicates that Israelis are happy in &lt;em&gt;life&lt;/em&gt;, and committed to their jobs. Not that they are happy in their jobs.

They then drew a correlation between a population&#039;s general happiness, and the level of their job commitment.

So you may be right - it&#039;s possible that blue collar workers are not happy in their jobs, but according to the study they &lt;em&gt;are&lt;/em&gt; committed - and happy in life!</description>

		<description>This may be refering to &quot;professional&quot; jobs.  Blue collar workers have no rights and no respect from their employers in Israel.  Not many of them are happy with their work but will tell you that they and their faqmilies are healthy, thank you.</description>
