Under Apartheid Blacks in S.A were ensured something that the rest of Africa could not offer...safe haven from the butchers of tribal war that plague all of Africa. Now that rock stars and actresses hae had their oped with Mandela and Tutu,the Blacks in S.A are facing eachother...and killing eachother as they have in the rest of Africa.
