You'd think that Israeli banks, being quasi-governmental institutions, would have to adhere to some kind of accessibility requirements. Apparently this is not so. The branch of Bank Mizrahi that I described in the post above is just one example of an inaccessible bank branch. Many offices and events in Israel are horribly inaccessible, but with the growing trend of social responsibility, hopefully things will improve. Darnell – I know.
