Where has this guy been for the past five years, let alone fifty?

Electric cars already exist, and if you have the money ($50,000 and up) you can pick one up fairly soon.

Of course Venture Vehicles is creating one to be released in 2009 that is between $18,000-23,000 although his idea of stations may be nice.

I am not too sure how successful he will be, as the gas industry could easily convert their current stations and allow cars to charge up there (if electric cars become popular enough).</description>
